My AI workflow

My process has changed a lot over the past six months. Most of my work now happens in Claude, where I brainstorm, write product specs, and build initial prototypes.

Beyond that, I contribute directly to the SiftHub codebase. For smaller improvements that come out of customer feedback, I'll prototype in the codebase and raise the PR myself. It's faster, cuts down on back-and-forth, and speeds up iteration. I also take on smaller features end-to-end, owning both the design and the implementation.

Since things are evolving quickly, I'm still experimenting with and refining my AI workflow.
